Did you know that for almost 20 years, the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Columbus County Center staff have been producing educational videos in partnership with Southeastern Community College's EDU-Cable television production studio?
These videos have been shown for years locally on Spectrum Channel 6. Unfortunately, this has meant that Columbus County citizens without access to Spectrum have been unable to view these great educational videos...until now!
N.C. Cooperative Extension, Columbus County Center is pleased to announce the launch of our very own YouTube channel! The channel is already packed with brief 15 minute videos jam packed with educational information relative to Cooperative Extension's three primary programmatic areas - Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, and 4-H Youth Development.
This new endeavor would not have been possible had it not been for the hard work of N.C. Cooperative Extension, Columbus County Center's very own Rebekah Benton. Rebekah has taken the lead in hosting our weekly videos and creating our new YouTube channel.
